The LeatherPrideFest, this website and its content are maintained and managed by the San Francisco Eagle Bar, LCC, a limited liability corporation based in San Francisco, California operating at 398 12th Street, San Francisco, CA 94103. Data we may collect and store:
While you visit our site, and while using online and mobile services we offer in the venue itself (while at the bar), we may track:

We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.
When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

We do record and take seriously your comments and reviews, if you choose to leave them.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser agent string to help monitor, control and prevent spam.
An anonymized string created from users email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For patrons that elect to register an account on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their profile. Certain information included in your profile can be viewed by other registered members, while other information can only be viewed by yourself or site administrators for the purpose of providing you with better service.
Your personal contact information is NEVER viewable by other registered members, but may be viewed by site administrators in order to fulfill orders and/or ship products that you have purchased through the site. All registered members (patrons) can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username once it is chosen). Website administrators can see and edit the user’s information, with the exception of usernames.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data the site holds about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. In order to reduced the likelihood and prevalence of spam on our site, visitor comments, including any comments that you may make, may be checked through an automated spam detection service that is operated by a third-party. All data handled in this way is anonymized before we validate it through any third-party service. We do not send any personally identifiable information to any third-party without your express consent and authorization at the time of the transaction.
